1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the dropshipping services provided by SMMD Logistics (“SMMD,” “we,” or “us”) to our partners (“Partner,” “you,” or “Seller”) operating within or targeting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By accessing or using our platform, tools, or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services
SMMD Logistics delivers a complete dropshipping solution, including:
- Local and global product sourcing
- Centralized warehousing and order fulfillment
- Integrated courier and shipping services
- Cash on Delivery (COD) management
- Profit settlements and financial handling
- Bilingual customer support (Arabic & English)
No inventory investment is required. Partners sell first and pay later, benefiting from SMMD’s expert knowledge of the Saudi market.
3. Product Selection and SKU Policy
- Sellers may select products from our catalog or request specific items for sourcing.
- All SKUs submitted must be valid and confirmed.
- If an SKU is invalid or unavailable during fulfillment, SMMD reserves the right to substitute it with a similar alternate SKU to complete the order and maintain customer satisfaction.
4. Order Placement and Fulfillment
- Orders must be placed via the official SMMD logistics platform or portal.
- Optional order confirmation support is provided at 3.5 SAR per confirmed order (with proof); no fee is charged for canceled orders with valid proof.
- SMMD utilizes automated courier matching from a network of over 20 delivery partners to ensure fast and cost-effective shipping.
- Delivery fees start from 20 SAR per order.
- Shipments are monitored by SMMD’s Quality Control Center, which notifies sellers of any issues that affect delivery performance.
5. Customer Support
- SMMD manages all post-delivery customer service, including support, complaints, and returns.
- Sellers are not responsible for any customer follow-up after delivery has been made.
6. Financial Settlement & Profit Payout
- Profit settlements are issued weekly, accompanied by detailed statements.
- The first shipment payout occurs after 10 working days following confirmed delivery.
- Bank transfers are processed within 2 working days after confirmation of the profit statement.
- Official holidays and non-working days under the KSA labor law may affect processing times.
- Disputes regarding profit statements must be raised within 12 hours of receipt by emailing finance@smmdlogistics.com. Late disputes will not be entertained.
- Once bank transfer is initiated, no changes to that settlement’s profit statement will be allowed, though disputes may still be raised within 24 hours via email.
- SMMD reserves the right to reject disputes deemed unjustified.
7. Bank Transfer & Fees
- All bank transfer fees (including intermediary or international charges) are the responsibility of the receiver (seller).
- Transfers will only be made after the seller acknowledges the profit statement.
- Financial requests must be submitted via finance@smmdlogistics.com only; other channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, or calls will not be accepted.
8. Payout Requests
- Payout requests may only be submitted on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (KSA - Riyadh Time) of each week.
- Only one payout request per week will be accepted.
9. Processing Timeline
- Payout requests submitted on Tuesday will be processed and created on the following Friday.
- Payout requests submitted on Friday will be processed and created on the following Tuesday.
- Once a payout request has been generated, you must wait for its resolution before submitting a new request.
10. Communication Protocol
- Payout requests submitted via WhatsApp, email, or any method other than the official system will not be accommodated.
11. Order & SKU Compliance
- Any lead or order without a valid SKU may result in processing delays.
- Orders with valid SKUs will always be prioritized for payout processing.
12. Payout Eligibility
- Payouts will only be accommodated if the payout value is less than the total value of orders currently out for delivery.
13. VAT & Legal Compliance
- A 15% VAT is applied on all SMMD services in line with Saudi tax laws.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding product marketing, pricing, and resale.
14. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are handled in accordance with SMMD and the courier partners’ policies.
- Return handling fees may apply and will be communicated in advance.
- SMMD is not responsible for losses or fees resulting from returns or cancellations initiated by sellers.
- SMMD assists with logistics related to returns but does not assume liability for seller-initiated cancellations.
15. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes must be submitted in writing via the official finance email.
- SMMD will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Final dispute decisions rest with SMMD Logistics.
16. Product Availability
- Before listing or advertising any product, the Client must obtain written availability and lead-time confirmation from their Account Manager. Owing to high demand, unconfirmed items may be out of stock. In such cases, the Company will arrange procurement, which may require several working days and may affect delivery timelines. The Client agrees not to run marketing campaigns or make delivery commitments until availability is confirmed. Revised ETAs and alternative options will be provided where possible.
17. Limitation of Liability
- SMMD is not liable for losses resulting from seller errors, false advertising, customer complaints arising from misrepresentation, or misuse of the platform.
- SMMD may pause, delay, or cancel services due to Terms violations or unforeseen issues.

The laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia govern this Agreement. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
